Tennessee Donor Services featured as WKRN’s Hometown Hero

December 20, 2023

WKRN News recently spotlighted TDS as their Hometown Hero for the week! They featured Raichon Morand, a lung transplant ambassador, and her sister. They both are double lung recipients, and Raichon will be highlighted in a heartwarming interview that will air on Friday, December 22nd. Catch the interview twice: on Local on 2 from 2-3 pm and during the nightly news between 4-5 pm.

Touched by WKRN’s generosity, TDS opted to share the love by donating boxed lunches for those tirelessly aiding tornado relief efforts in Sumner County. The Chamber of Commerce delivered the lunches to dedicated staff and volunteers from the SBA, United Way, and Red Cross, all playing a crucial role in Sumner County’s recovery.

As a proud partner of Sumner County, the first “Donate Life County” in Tennessee, TDS applauds their unwavering dedication to raising awareness for organ donation.
