Thomas Robulack

General Counsel, DCI Donor Services

Thomas Robulack serves as General Counsel for DCI Donor Services, providing legal and strategic counsel across the organization’s organ procurement organizations, tissue bank, eye bank and related operations. In his role, Thomas advises organizational leadership on regulatory, commercial, governance and compliance matters and supports strategic initiatives across the organization.

Prior to joining DCI Donor Services, Thomas held legal roles with Alphatec Spine and Google, where he advised on a variety of healthcare, commercial and regulatory matters.

Thomas earned his Master of Science in Health Care Management from Johns Hopkins University and his law degree from the University of Mississippi. He is an active member of the healthcare legal and privacy community and has served as a panelist with the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
