The brand-new Donate Life Tennessee specialty license plate is officially available for pre-order, and it’s more than just a plate—it’s a symbol of hope, healing, and second chances. This exciting milestone is the result of a partnership between Tennessee Donor Services and Mid-South Transplant Foundation, working together to promote the gift of life.

Cost: $37.00 (includes the specialty plate fee and online payment fees)

However, if the 1,000 plate minimum isn’t met, you’ll have the option to receive a full refund or contribute your purchase to support Donate Life Tennessee’s statewide education and advocacy efforts.

Why Your Plate Matters

Before the plate can hit the road, 1,000 pre-orders are required by the state. By reserving your Donate Life Tennessee specialty license plate now, you’re doing more than customizing your car—you’re joining a movement. Each plate sold helps fund education and outreach across Tennessee, raising awareness about the life-saving importance of organ, eye and tissue donation.

Drive the Message Forward

When you choose the Donate Life Tennessee specialty license plate, you’re stepping into the driver’s seat of something truly meaningful. You’re helping us shift gears in the fight to save lives, and you’re reminding every driver who sees your plate of the power of donation.

With over 100,000 people nationwide waiting for a second chance, let’s go the extra mile together for those still waiting.
